Wanted to take a moment to give my brother some love for doing his first electronics project with a sodering gun.

For those that don’t know my brother he is probably one of the most interesting and unluckiest people you’ll ever meet. His life has been flipped upside down, right side up more times than you can count on your fingers and toes combined. Some of the craziest things happen to him, from totaling cars, to getting hit by them, to saving alligators, to working in prisons, to suffering heart breaks, to living in poverty. All that being said, he’s got perhaps the most positive attitude about life and road map, in his head, of where he is going than any one I have met in a long time.

He is in his last semester at Wake Tech Community College in North Carolina and is finally being challenged to put the things he has learned to practice. In the process there are things he has had to teach himself, like using a sodering gun and configuring electronic boards.

Today he sent me a video that shows the final product for one of the sample projects he was working on in preparation for his final course project. I was proud of him and his accomplishment and felt it appropriate to share with the rest of you.

Join me in congratulating him:
